Practice questions based on your role
Your job description gives the questions their context. Questions focus on relevant skills, responsibilities, and judgment rather than assuming that every candidate is preparing for the same job.
Use questions tailored to your target role to prepare clear, relevant examples from your experience.
Understand the feedback
Structure
Does the response address the question in a useful order? The feedback considers whether the necessary context, actions, reasoning, or conclusion can be followed.
Specificity
Does the response include relevant detail and evidence? The feedback looks for concrete actions, decisions, methods, and supported outcomes rather than general claims.
Delivery
Is the written response or transcript clear, direct, and concise? Delivery here concerns the text. It does not assess your accent, voice, facial expressions, or personality.
Use AI to guide your preparation
Start with the role you are applying for. Practice a response, then review where the explanation needs more detail or a clearer connection to the role. The feedback may identify one or several areas to work on.
Use those observations to choose your next step: revisit a relevant skill, prepare an example from your experience, or explain a decision more clearly. Practice again when you can address the gap, rather than memorizing a suggested response.
Keep the response true to your experience
Suggested rewrites are there to help you see a possible structure. Keep only facts that are true for you. If a suggestion asks for a missing outcome or measure, add it only when you can support it.
Review technical claims and important details before using them.
