What counts as an answer?
An answer is counted when its assessment is completed successfully. A new attempt on the same question counts as another answer. Reading a question, recording, transcription, and a processing failure do not use a completed answer.
What happens when my paid access ends?
Your account returns to Free unless you choose to buy more months. You keep Pro until the end of the period already paid for. Your saved responses and feedback remain available.
How do I request a refund?
Contact support about a billing error or refund request. A refund is not automatic. Any rights that apply to your purchase remain unaffected.
What happens when I use all 3 Free answers?
You can still read your saved responses and feedback. Wait until next month or upgrade to Pro to submit more answers.
