Mock Interview

Privacy and your information

This page explains the information used to provide the service and the controls available to you.

Privacy

Account and sign-in information

You can use Free without signing in. Necessary session cookies identify your browser session and keep your practice private. If you choose Google sign-in, we receive the account information needed to identify your account. Signing in does not upgrade your account to Pro.

Your practice information

Your target job description, generated questions, submitted text or transcript, and feedback are stored in your private workspace. DeepSeek processes the information needed to generate questions and provide feedback. Do not submit confidential business information or personal information about other people unless you are entitled to share it.

Your recordings

Your recording is deleted immediately after transcription is complete. Recordings are also cleared if processing fails, is cancelled, or times out. Cloudflare processes the audio to produce the transcript. The transcript can remain in your private history with the feedback.

The service does not provide playback of your recorded answer. Feedback on a spoken response uses the transcript, not an assessment of your accent, personality, or emotions.

Resume review

After your confirmation, your resume pages and selected job description are sent to DeepSeek for review. Original files and the page images are not kept in our persistent application storage. Information read from the resume and the resulting feedback may be stored for your private review and the consistency of quoted passages.

Your latest completed review is available in the workspace. Review your file before sharing it and remove details that are not needed for the task.

Payments and support

The payment provider processes checkout and payment information. This website does not store your full card number or security code. The service keeps the payment references and purchased-access information needed to manage access and billing.

If you contact support, the information you submit is used to handle your request. Some billing records may need to remain for legal or accounting reasons after practice information is deleted.

Retention and deletion

Practice responses and feedback remain available until you delete them or use the practice data deletion controls in Account. Deleting an answer removes the available response and feedback; it does not refund a used answer or make the question new again.

You can delete saved responses from History and your latest resume review from Resume review. Account provides the controls for deleting your practice data, including saved job descriptions, questions, responses, resume information, and earlier resume reviews that are not shown individually. This does not delete your Google account, payment records, or purchased access. Deleting practice information does not request a refund.

Minimal usage records and non-readable question fingerprints may remain to enforce your allowance and prevent repeated questions. They do not contain your response, resume text, or job description. Billing records may remain where required for accounting or legal purposes.

Service providers may maintain operational logs or backups under their own retention policies. Deletion from this website does not promise immediate deletion from systems outside our control.

Privacy questions

Contact support if you have a question about access to or deletion of your information.

Essential cookies

Necessary session cookies protect access to your guest or signed-in workspace. Browser storage can keep your selected role, local preferences, and unfinished text drafts so you can continue the task you requested.

No optional analytics or advertising scripts are installed. Clearing browser storage removes local settings and drafts, but does not delete records saved to your account.
